What is the general itinerary for wedding bookings?

When you have satisfied yourself that you would like to discuss your wedding DVD with us, please either contact us by phone or e-mail.  Details of both are on the right hand side of your screen.  We will then arrange to meet you in your home or venue of your choice, where we can discuss what we can do for you and you can view more examples of our work.  Should you decide to go ahead and book we will need a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.  I will then send you out a form to fill in at your leisure which will list all the important venue details, times, addresses etc., all your important guests' names and your song choices.  This will need to be returned to me within 2 weeks of your wedding date.  We will then contact you shortly before your wedding date to confirm that we will turn up on the day to film.  After your movie has been edited we will again meet you to allow for screening of the DVD, to highlight any mistakes that we may have made.  At this stage we will need the outstanding payment.  Once screened your final DVD will be produced and sent to you in the post, (or hand delivered depending upon your location).
